Keystone Title: The Strategic Planning Process: A Case Study of Sustainable Solutions International

Abstract:  This paper serves as a review of the many concepts within the field of Strategic Management. Based on a case study on a company called Sustainable Solutions International, Laguerta  tested the applicability of several strategic management frameworks in aiding and supplementing upper-management decisions. The main purpose of this review is to develop an understanding of the strategic planning process and further understanding in this field through rigorous analysis and application.

How do you feel Quest prepared you for your current endeavours?
I learned how to manage a heavy workload because of Quest and it has only helped me with my studies as I transitioned to a more “traditional” university. Quest also played a significant role in helping me develop and nourish my soft skills; allowing me to convey information effectively, and create and build new relationships easily.

What did you do for your Experiential Learning Block?
I was an intern at Sustainable Solutions International, learning the ins and outs of the business.

Nope, but I went on a semester exchange Zeppelin University if that counts.
