Quest’s CCAA status

Quest’s CCAA status

In a significant step toward securing Quest University’s future, the Board of Governors signed an agreement with Primacorp Ventures Inc. on October 27, 2020. This marks a milestone in Quest’s efforts to successfully exit CCAA and forge a sustainable path for the institution. The agreement and related items still require approval by the court. We expect this to be complete at the end of December.

The main terms of the agreement with Primacorp are described in the October 29 Press Release below. Quest and representatives from Primacorp continue to hold meetings with campus stakeholders, who have received detailed communications in writing and in person. We will update this page with important developments, and will soon post FAQs as well.
