Regular Decision Deadline | February 15

After February 15, we continue to process applications on a rolling basis until the class is full.

Please contact your Admissions Counsellor if you require any further clarification about the current academic year or the 2021 application process.

  1. Complete
    1. Our application for Fall 2021 will be open soon. At that time, you’ll submit either the Preliminary Application or the Common Application. If you plan on applying to Quest through the Common Application, you will not need to submit a Preliminary Application form.
    2. Preliminary Application – Coming soon
    3. Common Application – Coming soon
    4. Because not all of Quest’s requirements are contained in the Common Application, we strongly encourage Common Application users to submit their application at least five days before posted deadlines to allow time to complete remaining steps.
  2. Log in
    1. After submitting the Preliminary Application Form or Common App you will receive an email with login information for SquareOne, Quest’s applicant dashboard. SquareOne is where you can upload documents and forms and monitor your application status. It’s also where application and financial aid decisions will be released.
      1. Required documents:
        1. High school transcript: An official copy of your most recent transcript or report card. International and Transfer students may be required to submit additional documents.
        2. Long and short essay: Quest’s program is writing-intensive, and the application essays are our window into how you communicate your ideas with the written word. Submissions are evaluated on originality, structure and flow, and language and mechanics.
        3. Bursary application form: All applicants must either complete this form or opt-out of need-based aid.
        4. Scholarship application form: All applicants must either complete this form or opt-out of merit-based scholarships.
        5. English language proficiency test scores (if required — check here for language testing policies)
      2. Optional documents:
        1. An original piece of work that demonstrates your individual interests and abilities, such as an artistic portfolio, video statement, or research project
        2. SAT/ACT test scores
        3. Reference letters from educators or community members
        4. Your professional resume or CV
        5. An additional writing piece (e.g. an assignment prepared for class)
    2. *Please note that an application is not considered complete until all required documents are shown as received (with a green check mark) in SquareOne.
  3. Interview
    1. Once you have submitted all required supporting documents, your Admissions Counsellor will review your application. Selected students will be contacted for an interview, which can take place in person, by phone or by video call. Once you finish your interview, your application is complete for review.
  4. Admit
    1. Admissions decisions will be released through your Application Status Page.  If you’re in, congratulations! There’s no place like Quest.
  5. Deposit
    1. If admitted, your next step is to confirm your enrolment with a $500 CDN deposit. Please ensure you have your nine-digit student number ready. If you are unsure about your student number, contact your Admissions Counsellor or email Department of Admissions.
