Kristie Lummack
Kristie has dedicated her entire career and education path to health and wellness. She believes that physical activity and community make up an important foundation of health.
Kristie graduated with Honours from Brock University’s Sports Management program. Learning human science and the business side of sport helped further spur her passion for recreation, physical health and wellbeing.
Kristie is proud to have served her communities for over 15 years as a sport coach and mentor to young athletes. She has seen first-hand the transcendent powers of sport in lifting self-confidence and creating lifelong friendships.
Kristie comes to Quest University from another community institution, Chopra Addiction and Wellness Center. As Operations Manager, Kristie was directly responsible to help guide each guest’s journey through restorative healing. There, Kristie also corroborated the intrinsic connection between mind and body and the importance of wholeness.
When not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors. Kristie loves hiking, kayaking, skiing, travelling, reading, and most importantly she loves spending quality time with her two sons and partner.
Kristie is grateful to call Squamish home. The people of this community and nature’s landscape never cease to inspire. She is thrilled to work with an incredible team on Quest’s extraordinary campus. She is looking forward to all the possibilities that can happen for recreation in this role.
