Each graduating student will present their Keystone project. Four Keystones will be presented concurrently, with each lasting 12 minutes.
9am – 12pm
3:30 – 5:30pm
A presentation of a selection of Keystone Projects that represent the quality and diversity of student work, and the presentation of the awards for Keystone projects with Distinction.
5:30 – 6pm
Tree Planting Ceremony
Ticketed event for graduates and their families and friends (seating opens at 9am and closes at 9:45am).
If you require accessible parking or seating, please have the graduating student with whom you are associated contact the ceremony coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be provided with an accessible parking and seating ticket. Accessible parking is located on the south side of the RecPlex. Show your accessible ticket and a parking attendant will provide you with instructions. Retain your ticket and provide it to the ceremony greeters upon your entry.
Below is a map of the Quest campus, along with quick links to help you get here and find your way around the area. Please note that if you use coach service from Vancouver or Vancouver Airport, you will be dropped off at the Squamish Adventure Centre, about 7 km downhill from campus.

Please ask your graduating friend or family member. Under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy regulations we are unable to give out personal information about students.
How do I get tickets for graduation?
Graduating students are allocated four guest tickets to the ceremony. There may be an opportunity for extra tickets and graduating students will be emailed an update by the first week of April regarding this. Please note if extra tickets are available, each graduating student will be allowed a maximum of two extra tickets on a first come, first served basis. There will be a livestream of the ceremony in the Quest University MPR for guests without a ticket to the ceremony or you can watch online using the link at www.questu.ca/graduation.

What time does the ceremony start?
Ceremony will start at 10am on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Doors will open at 9am (one hour prior to the ceremony). Accessible Seating will open at 8:45am.
How will I receive my guest’s tickets?
You will pick up your guest tickets at the graduation rehearsal at 1:15pm on Friday, May 4. You will need to ensure your guests receive their tickets.
Are extra guest tickets available?
Graduating students will receive an email update by the first week of April regarding extra tickets. If extra tickets are available, each graduating student will be allowed a maximum of two extra tickets on a first come, first served basis.
What if I can’t get enough tickets for my family?
There will a livestream of the ceremony in the Quest University MPR where your guests without a ticket can take part in the ceremony or they can watch online using the link at www.questu.ca/graduation.
