Shifting Reality: The Persuasive Power of Framing

What is a persuasive frame? To explore my question I aligned myself in the fields of behavioral economics, social psychology, business, and psychology. Frames are encountered everyday and are used to further an agenda and highlight a point of view. Shifting the framing of an issue can further one agenda or point of view over another. In my presentation I highlight the foundational studies and core concepts pertinent to understanding the power and persuasiveness of framing. I ground my academic study in a real life example of a successful framing manipulation to ensure my presentation is relatable and educational.
