How do we encourage kids to distribute themselves more evenly throughout an amusement park without telling them what to do? I analyzed the current visitor distribution in KidZania and found that it is very uneven. If visitors distribute themselves evenly, all lines get shorter and kids are able to complete more activities during each visit. I propose a solution to this problem that allows kids to make informed decisions for their next activity based on real time data, and I test it using the Small Park model. To complete this project, I combined math, economics, data analysis and computer science.
