Developing new understanding requires the use of both logical and intuitive modes of thinking. While exploring this idea for my keystone, I produced an example mathematical problem which highlights how these two different ways of thinking can complement each other, and produce new ideas. This presentation explains the process of creating and solving this example problem, and demonstrates how intuition and logic combine to create original solutions.
