Have you ever felt unrepresented? This Keystone aims to investigate the representation and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices in higher education institutions. It is a case study from Quest University Canada, a university that has claimed to prioritize inclusivity. Through a qualitative study, results indicate that Quest falls short of its claims of inclusivity, with significant disparities in representation and EDI practices. Students reported experiences of discrimination and marginalization on campus. The research recommends various practices to address the underrepresentation of marginalized groups and enhance the effectiveness of EDI practices in higher education.

Quest University Canada is suspending regular academic programming following
completion of the current academic year in April 2023.
