Climate change is causing increased temperatures and water shortages, which lead to many other problems for the environment. In my keystone I propose a landscape concept design that will reduce the temperature and water consumption in a residential yard using several methods such as increasing shade, improving soil conditions, and reducing the slope of the hill with slight terraces to slow the runoff of water, while also creating a garden that is pleasant to spend time in. These changes will address the question of how to reduce the impact of climate change using landscape design.
