
How can we effectively and cost-efficiently recommend personalized review materials that address the knowledge gap of a student undergoing a quantitative skills and reasoning program at Quest University? I arrive at this question after experiencing the importance of meeting a student at their current level of abilities. My experience comes from my education across vastly different education systems and tutoring my peers at Quest. In my presentation, I show how to adapt recommendation systems to align how we educate with well-established learning theories and to reduce the cost of personalized learning.
