How has this research changed me? This Keystone has been a process of personal reflection upon my relationship with academia, while I engaged with it through my research on Indigenous language nests. Language nests are preschool aged immersion programs, and have been utilized with great success in a number of Indigenous territories. I took this route for my Keystone because Language revitalization is a key component of our well being as Indignous peoples, and honoring where this research arises from in relation to my experiences, and how it has changed them, is a key aspect of Indigneous research methodologies.
