
How can storytelling be harnessed to encourage connection and self-discovery for children? As children grow, they stitch together many stories. Stories from different trusted caregivers, loved ones, and friends all help youth construct reality for themselves full of the themes they know matter. In investigating human impact on land, witnessing climate emergency, it is evident there are stories left forgotten.
In this artistic keystone, topics which are commonly considered too complex for children are openly discussed. The importance of individual differences, mutual care, and the role of storytelling itself, are investigated through three nature-centered narratives.
