
How can we improve mental health through wellness practice? This question inspired my literature review of the academic fields of health and wellness; in particular, these fields contributed to my understanding of how psychological relief can be demonstrated through a balance of the eight dimensions of wellness. In my Keystone presentation, I guide the audience through the process of forming new habits and understanding the risks of having low levels of physical and social wellness. My research has demonstrated that the formation of new habits is the key to changing someone’s lifestyle. Thus, changing habits can change lives.
