Quest University is excited to announce Dr. Halia Valladares Montemayor as our first Dean of Academics.
Dr. Valladares started her role on August 1st, 2021 and comes to this position with many years of experience as a faculty member and university administrator. With a doctorate in economics and business administration, she has served universities for 13 years as a tenured professor and 12 years in administration. More recently, Dr. Valladares was the Chair of International Business and Supply Chain Management at Mount Royal University and the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Professional Studies at Capilano University. Being familiar with the postsecondary education sector in BC will aid her efforts in supporting our valued faculty members in their scholarly and service activities.
We are indeed fortunate to have Halia join us as our Academic Dean.
