“Honor Thy Mother: the Untold Story of Aboriginal Women and their Indipino Children”

Experience this story of 36 Aboriginal women from Canada, Alaska and Washington State, from nineteen different tribes, who migrated to Bainbridge Island to pick berries for Japanese American farmers. There they met and married Filipino immigrant men. They left their traditional territories and settled on the Island to raise their mixed race Children. This 31 minute documentary is told by their now adult Indipino children.
