Quest’s Registrar’s Office oversees a broad range of activities in support of student enrolment and learning. We assist students with course schedules and modifications, grades and transcripts, changes to, and verification of, enrolment status, applications for transfer credit, degree progress assessment, academic and enrolment policies, and related services.
To access the Academic Forms or view the important dates calendar please log into the Quest Portal and visit the Registrar’s Office page.
VERIFICATION OF ENROLMENT (VOE)
A student may be required by an employer, financial lender, insurance company, sponsor, or other party to provide proof of enrolment at Quest. In many cases, a printed copy of a student schedule showing registered courses, a transcript showing courses completed, or a statement showing tuition fees paid will suffice.
If you have a specific form (e.g. from your financial firm) that needs to be filled out and/or stamped to verify your enrolment, please complete any fields designated for the student to fill out, then submit the form in person or via mail, email, or fax to the Registrar’s Office and allow at least five business days for the form to be completed.
If you do not have a specific form, but require a Verification of Enrolment (VOE), you may submit an online Verification of Enrolment request form found in Academic Forms on the Quest Portal.
Quest Students and Alumni may obtain official transcripts by submitting theOnline Transcript Request Form found on the Quest Portal. Former Quest Students may obtain transcripts by submitting a completed Transcript Request Form in person, by email, by mail, or by fax to the Registrar’s Office.
Transcript requests will not be processed for a student with an outstanding financial balance or a hold on his or her university account until the hold is cleared. When ordering a transcript, please allow plenty of time for processing and delivery.
Normal processing time for transcripts is five business days after the signed request is submitted and payment received. Processing times may increase during peak periods. Students may request that a transcript order be rushed (processed by the end of the next business day) for an additional fee, but such requests may not always be accommodated.
Official and unofficial transcripts requested through the Registrar’s office cost $15.00 per copy. The additional charge for a rush request is $15.00 per transcript. Additional charges for courier service vary by destination and delivery time and are outlined at the bottom on the back of the form. Transcript fees must be paid before transcripts will be released. Methods of payment include: cash, cheque (payable to Quest University Canada), valid credit card, and InterAc (in person only). If you are a current student in good financial standing you may have the fee added to your account.

A Student’s personal information and records are protected by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and thus Quest has a legal obligation to keep students’ personal information confidential, including (but not limited to) grades, academic record, health issues, and disciplinary matters. Quest is unable to share students’ records or experiences with anyone, including parents or guardians.
Students may grant a third party shared access by logging into Self-Service and in My Profile clicking on Shared Access. First, however, the person must be linked to the student’s account. If they are already linked, their name will appear in the drop-down menu under “Invite a User/ Relative:” If the person does not appear in the drop-down, email email@example.com with the Name, Address, Current Email and the Relationship to the student.
Students may manage what can be accessed using the checkboxes. We suggest, for most students, to allow parents/guardians to “View Balance” (allows them to see statements and pay bills. Also allows Quest staff to speak to them about tuition statements – but nothing else). “View Schedule” is also suggested – this gives Quest staff permission to send the person a Verification of Enrolment (VOE) which is often needed for education funds, insurance, medical coverage etc. Again, nothing else (eg grades, courses, personal details) will be discussed.
