Named one of Canada’s most beautiful campuses, Quest offers stunning views, trails, a café with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a serene setting perched high above the town of Squamish.
Come visit! We’ll be happy to give you a tour.
Our mountainside campus in Squamish, BC is the perfect location for living and learning: Squamish is a bustling mountain town with close proximity to the excitement of urban Vancouver and the exceptional outdoor recreation activities in Whistler.
Lying beneath a thin layer of soil, the granite knoll on which our campus is built was sloped by the receding glaciers at the end of the last ice age. Perched on top of this rise, each building on campus offers stunning views of the Squamish Valley and Tantalus mountain range. Nearby trail networks provide endless terrain for hikers and mountain bikers, and public transportation links the campus to Squamish’s many cafes, breweries, markets, festivals, and other community events.
Like Quest itself, our campus was designed to stand in contrast to the “massification” of many Canadian Universities. The classroom has no lecture halls, but rather seminar rooms that hold no more than 20 students. The Atrium building, containing the Library and Student Services, is positioned as the “heart” of the campus, designed to maximize social spaces that promote a sense of community and the gathering together of individuals. All students live on our campus for the duration of their program, enjoying a unique and fully integrated living-and-learning community.
All of our campus buildings were designed using environmentally responsible building strategies, a geothermal system, and radiant slab heating and cooling.
